Almost two years ago I saw a flyer for cake decorating classes at Michaels and couldn't wait to sign up and get started. From the very first class I was hooked! When I had completed all of the classes I kept teaching myself and trying to learn every bit of cake decorating information I could get my hands on. What had started out as a simple hobby had quickly become an obsession! Since then I have made some beautiful cakes...and some not so beautiful (let's just call those early cakes 'learning experiences'). A big thanks to my husband and son who are so supportive of me and are loving my new talent as well - they take their jobs as official cake testers very seriously!
